New Athlete Enrollment

Enrollment Procedures

KEEN currently has a waiting list for those who wish to join our programs. To enroll your child in any KEEN program, it is important to get on the waiting list as soon as possible. We do add athletes to our program on a regular basis.

To register your child in KEEN, please complete the online athlete enrollment form.
Note: on the application it will ask you to indicate the program and location you are applying for.
Please put either UIC or Evanston.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Upon receipt of the online application, athlete families will be contacted by the Director to confirm session participation. All athletes must receive confirmation before attending their first session.
