Crystal Brandy
AmeriCorps Assistant Program Coordinator
Crystal Brandy joined team KEEN Chicago in August 2024. She has volunteered with Girls on the Run Chicago for 4 years as a Solemate, Coach, Social Media Ambassador and member of the Finish Line Advisory Council. She is a Recess Coordinator with Urban Initiatives and has also been involved with I9 Sports and Soccer Stars of Chicago as a Sports Coach. Crystal is connected to many run community groups in Chicago and also is a 3x Bank of America Chicago Marathoner. Personal goals of Crystals include becoming a certified run coach and going back to school to get a degree in either children education or sports/fitness. Her interests are running, writing, fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
Crystal will be providing in-person programmatic support at a number of KEEN Chicago sessions. Additionally, she will be the main facilitator for KEEN Plus (young adult) programs, and provide Spanish translation support for our families. You can contact Crystal at CBrandy@keenchicago.org.
