Part-time Site Coordinator – KEEN Chicago

At KEEN Chicago, we believe every young person deserves access to recreation, fitness, and friendship—regardless of ability. We create inclusive, welcoming spaces for youth and young adults with disabilities (ages 5 and up) to move, play, and thrive.

Founded in 2004, KEEN Chicago continues to grow—and we’re proud to be one of the city’s most vibrant inclusive recreation programs. To continue delivering high-quality programming, we’re looking for a Part-Time Site Coordinator to help oversee monthly programs on Chicago’s North Side.

This is a flexible, part-time position that supports 2–4 in-person sessions per month, with an estimated 15–25 hours/month. There may be opportunity to build on these hours. Coordinators help ensure that each program runs smoothly and safely, leading both behind-the-scenes prep and on-site operations. The majority of sessions will take place on weekends.
