Her expertise lies in developing strategies to enhance leadership and development, support internal mobility, and prepare high-potential talent for future challenges. Erin has dedicated her career to inspiring individuals and organizations to reach their fullest potential. Certified as a coach and partner across various platforms, Erin brings a unique blend of skills in organizational design, executive coaching, and innovative instructional design. Additionally, she contributes to Access to Care as a Board of Directors member and is actively engaged in the Resource Development Taskforce for the Institute of Natural Medicine.

Beyond work, Erin enjoys soccer, family time, and being outdoors. She and her husband share a passion for their dogs and for the community.
